One table for demonstrating; if possible, all student tables should face the front of the room instead of facing each other (there will be less talking and more sewing this way!). For best results, the workshops should start as early as possible and have the lunch break as late as possible. The students in workshops that start at 9:00am get more done in the same amount of time as workshops that start at 10:00am.
